ㅤHow long does delivery take?
How long does delivery take? All European orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard delivery: 2–5 business days Remote areas: 5–7 business days You’ll receive delivery updates by email or SMS. Carriers vary by destination and may include UPS, PostNord, or local partners.
ㅤWhere can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If you can’t find the email or your tracking isn’t updating, please contact our customer support team.
ㅤWhat is your return policy?

You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the seal sticker is unbroken. Once the seal has been removed, the product is considered used and cannot be returned.
